General Hatha Yoga is suitable for beginners and experienced students alike.

If you are new to yoga these classes are a great place to start. We go over the foundational poses, alignment and details you need to know to give you a solid foundation in yoga. Help you attune to your body’s edge and develop healthy practices from the beginning. You will get lots of Individual attention and assistant teachers to help.

Experienced Yogis, these classes are for you too!

Experienced Yogi’s keep your practice grounded. Poses practiced in this class are the core asana’s, the heart and soul of your yoga. It’s important to keep returning to these poses as they help to keep your ‘beginners mind’. They help to prevent injury and to keep your practice fresh and alive. As you evolve it is essential to come back daily to the roots and foundations of your Yoga.
