We go over the key foundation poses, their alignment and details. Introduce awareness of the breath and body and how to attune to your yoga edge so you can take care of your body in movement. You will gain a basic understanding of how to move your body in a way that gives you stability and a solid foundation to support you on your journey into yoga.
